We require a 30% deposit on all jobs before booking .
if any job is cancelled 24 hours prior to work commence there will be a cancellation fee of $299
If any job is cancelled 24 hours prior to work commence all deposits are lost.
if we remove any rubbish from your site and it contains asbestos all rubbish will be re-turned and you will be charged a $1000 reload fee and the money that you originally paid will be lost a new cost will be given to dispose of it properly .
On all jobs final payment must be made on completion of all work .
